Use the contact button below for questions about these terms, the learning materials or a subscription. This website currently presents the app and accepts voluntary email subscriptions. It does not create a PokerWise user account or process an app subscription payment. ## Learning, personal use and responsibility PokerWise is an educational poker app. It does not accept wagers, run real-money poker games or guarantee winnings, income or a particular level of performance. Examples explain decision-making and are not personalised financial advice. You may use the materials for your own study within the access provided to you. Any real-money play is your responsibility and must comply with the rules, age restrictions and laws that apply to you. ## Ownership of lessons and permitted use All PokerWise lessons and learning materials are PokerWise intellectual property. Access grants a limited permission for personal, non-commercial study; it does not transfer ownership of text, explanations, questions, images or videos. Without prior permission, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, translate, sell or use the materials commercially, or share paid content to bypass access restrictions. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected. Sharing a public website link or an achievement through the app's sharing function does not grant permission to redistribute the lessons. ## Third-party services and trademarks Apple, Google, RevenueCat and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. The store badges indicate the intended platforms and do not imply endorsement of PokerWise. External services and websites have their own terms and privacy notices. These terms do not replace the rules of the store through which you choose to purchase or manage access. ## Planned Pro access without a PokerWise account At launch, Pro access is intended to be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. No separate PokerWise registration is planned; your store account is used for the store purchase. Restoring a purchase depends on the purchasing store account and the implemented store restore function. Access is not promised automatically across Apple and Google platforms. These features are still planned and are not activated by joining the website email list. ## Prices, renewal and cancellation The planned prices are €7.99 per month or €49.99 per year. The annual price is approximately 48% lower than twelve monthly payments of €95.88. The currency, taxes, available offers and final amount shown at store checkout govern the purchase. Displayed EUR prices and price comparisons include applicable VAT. The final local price and currency are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions are intended to renew under the selected store's terms unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them in the store where you purchased. Deleting the app, resetting local progress or unsubscribing from website emails does not cancel a store subscription. ## Refunds and statutory rights Refund and withdrawal requests follow the relevant store procedures and applicable consumer law. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective digital content or services. The website email subscription is free and does not start a paid trial or a paid subscription. If you have a question about a store charge, include the store and relevant purchase information when contacting us; do not send payment-card details. ## Availability and changes The planned release month and features may change before launch. Learning content may be corrected or developed over time. The website must not be treated as confirmation that an unreleased feature is already available. These terms may be updated to reflect the actual launch configuration or changes to the service. Any change affecting an existing purchase remains subject to applicable law and the relevant store terms. The privacy notice explains how personal data is handled.
